The idea for CT City Homes started in 2004 with the purchase of a multi-family property in Connecticut, that began a journey learning the real estate investment business. 15 years after our first property we plan to expand with a new purpose.  As a married couple, owners Michael and Kate care about the resident’s experience.  Each month they dedicate a percentage of revenue to maintenance, repairs, and updates. We aim to improve each property, ensuring residents have a safe, quality, and affordable home.
